Need Inspiring and Effective Presentations?
When your organization needs a speaker who can deliver powerful presentations, call Voices for Children. We have a group of impassioned volunteers who will educate and fascinate you, as well as tug at your heartstrings about the life-altering experience of advocating for abused and neglected children. Our volunteers tell true stories of how abused children in foster care can get lost in an overwhelmed system. They will explain how children benefit from having a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) act as an extra set of eyes and ears for judges who must make decisions about foster children.
As one volunteer said, "You are more than a buddy or a role model to these kids: this position involves virtually every aspect of a child's life. And for me, that is having real impact."
Community Education
Please help us educate the community about the serious issues that surround San Diego’s abused and neglected children. All our speakers are volunteers who have worked in the front lines helping abused and neglected children. We would be happy to send a volunteer to speak to your group.
