Would you like to refer a child for a CASA? The child MUST be a dependent (in the foster care system) of San Diego County and reside in San Diego County.
Please tell us the child’s name, birth date and where the child lives. Also, tell us why you think the child needs a CASA. Please also tell us your name and phone number so that we will be able to follow up with you if we have any additional questions. Please know that ALL referrals are confidential.
