Active Volunteers
Volunteers who are active can download volunteer time sheets and mileage sheets from this page by clicking on the links. Trainees and volunteers can download the Court Report format: CASA, CASM, Ed. Surrogate.
To become a volunteer
Complete the volunteer application, including the one-page personal biography, and send it in by the next information session or bring it with you. (The application is in PDF format). You may also download a MS Word version of the application if you would like to fill it out by computer and email it to info@voices4children.com
