The Young Professionals Group (YPG) is an auxiliary of Voices for Children (VFC), a private, nonprofit organization that recruits, trains, and supervises San Diego County's "Court Appointed Special Advocates" (called CASAs).

The Voices for Children YPG seeks to connect the San Diego community with the core work of Voices for Children. We achieve this through raising awareness of the needs of foster children and the dependency system as a whole, as well as providing our members withsocial events, networking opportunities, and a foray into the dynamic world of philanthropy and fundraising in San Diego County. Ultimately, Voices for Children YPG act as "VFC Ambassadors" in order to supplement and enhance the work of Voices for Children.

Voices for Children YPG aims for members who are 40 years of age and under and who feel that they have the background and initiative to contribute to the growth and success of Voices for Children. As a member of the YPG team, you'll be expected to be a representative for VFC, both in your professional and private life.

Annual dues are $50 per year and are valid for a full calendar year. As a YPG member, you will receive "insider's" invitations to Voices for Children's primary events, the ability to participate in YPG event planning and fundraising, and invitations to YPG meetings and events.
